Email Delivery Help

Are your emails from us being blocked or sent to your junk mail folder?

If so, choose your email application below and follow the simple steps to ensure your emails bypass your filters and are delivered direct to your inbox.

Outlook 2003 and 2007

You need to add the Martin Dolan - Fresh Insight  From address, This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , to your Outlook Safe Senders list:

Existing Subscribers (you already receive our emails)

1. Open the email in your inbox
2. Click on the grey bar 'Click here to download pictures'
3. Select option 'Add to Safe Senders List' (for Outlook 2007, there is a 'Safe Senders' icon)
4. Select 'OK' to confirm
    

New Subscribers (you are a new or recent subscriber to our emails) 

1. On the Tools menu, click 'Options'
2. On the Preferences tab, click 'Junk E-mail'
3. On the Safe Senders tab, click 'Add'
4. In the 'Add address', list enter  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it   
5. Click 'OK'
    

If Email is in 'Junk E-Mail' folder 

1. Open the email
2. Click on the grey bar 'This message was converted to plain text.'
3. Select option 'Display as HTML'
4. Click on the grey bar again 'Click here to download pictures'
5. Select option 'Add to Safe Senders List'
6. Select 'OK' to confirm
    

Gmail

You need to add the 'Martin Dolan - Fresh Insight'  From address, This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , to your Gmail Contacts List:

Existing Subscribers (you already receive our emails) 

1. Open the email in your inbox
2. Click on 'Always display images from This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ' (in the green box above the email)
3. Follow 'New Subscribers' instructions below
    

New Subscribers (you are a new or recent subscriber to our emails) 

1. Click 'Contacts' along the left menu of the Gmail page
2. Click on New Contact Icon (scroll over image displays 'New Contact')
3. Copy and paste the Martin Dolan - Fresh Insight  FROM address, This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it into the primary email address dialog box
4. Click 'Save'
    

If Email is in 'Spam' folder 

1. Click 'Spam' along the left side of any Gmail page
2. Check mark the box next to our e-Newsletter
3. Click the 'Not Spam' button along the top
    

Yahoo (classic view only)

All Subscribers

You need to set up a Yahoo Message Filter to ensure the Fresh Insight e-Newsletter is sent direct to your inbox.

1. Open your mailbox and click on 'Options' then select 'Mail Options'
2. Click on the 'Filters' option, featured on the left hand side menu.
3. Click on 'Create or Edit Filters'
4. Click the 'Add' link on the Filters page to create a new Message Filter
5. Update the 'From header' with the following: 'contains' and  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
6. Click the 'Choose Folder' pull down menu and select inbox.
7. Click the 'Add Filter' button.
    

If Email is in 'Spam' folder 

1. Open the email in your 'Spam' folder
2. Click on 'Not Spam' button
3. Full email will be displayed in your inbox
4. Proceed to add  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it  to your Message Filter following the instructions above. 
    

Hotmail (based on Windows Live Hotmail)

You need to add the 'Martin Dolan - Fresh Insight'  From address, This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , to your Hotmail Safe Senders list:

Existing Subscribers (you already receive our emails) 

1. Open the email in your inbox
2. Click on 'Mark as Safe' (next to 'You may not know this sender', underneath the subject line)
3. Select 'Show Content' to display email with full images
    

New Subscribers (you are a new or recent subscriber to our emails)

1. Open your mailbox and click 'Options' (located on top right-hand corner)
2. Go to Junk e-Mail (sub heading) and click on 'Safe & blocked senders'
3. Then Click on 'Safe Senders'
4. Copy and paste @freshinsight.com.au into the box titled 'Sender or domain to mark as safe'
5. Click the 'Add to list' button
    

If Email is in 'Junk E-Mail' folder

1. Open the email in your inbox
2. Click on 'Mark as Safe' (next to 'You may not know this sender', underneath the subject line)
3. Full email will be displayed in your inbox
